Een job in daguren zonder weekendwerk, werken aan verschillende automerken en je vakmanschap verder ontwikkelen? Als pistoolschilder krijg je bij ons de ruimte om nauwkeurig werk af te leveren en mee te zorgen voor voertuigen die opnieuw in perfecte staat de werkplaats verlaten.

Voor onze carrosserievestiging in Malle zoeken we een pistoolschilder die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Je komt terecht in een professionele werkomgeving waar kwaliteit, efficiëntie en samenwerken centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

Als pistoolschilder zie je een wagen stap voor stap veranderen van voorbereid carrosseriewerk naar een strak afgewerkt resultaat.

  • De werkdag begint met een goede voorbereiding: je ontvet, plamuurt en schuurt de onderdelen die straks een nieuwe laklaag krijgen.
  • Daarna breng je de grondlaag aan, schuur je deze zorgvuldig af en zorg je ervoor dat alles klaarstaat voor het echte spuitwerk.
  • Voor de wagen de spuitcabine ingaat, reinig en maskeer je alle delen die niet geschilderd mogen worden.
  • Tijd voor het echte vakwerk: je brengt de lak aan en werkt alles nauwkeurig af, zodat kleur, dekking en resultaat helemaal goed zitten.
  • Na een laatste kwaliteitscontrole rond je waar nodig nog kleine montagewerken af en lever je samen met je collega's een wagen af waar je met trots naar kunt kijken.
  • Je kan onderdelen zelfstandig ontvetten, plamuren, schuren en afplakken op basis van opleiding en/of ervaring.
  • Het aanbrengen van grondlagen en lak en het correct afwerken ervan beheers je of heb je tijdens je opleiding praktisch aangeleerd.
  • Je herkent oneffenheden, lakfouten en afwijkingen en werkt deze bij voordat de wagen wordt afgeleverd.
