The posting

Als pistoolschilder zorg je ervoor dat onze constructies en machineonderdelen perfect voorbereid, vakkundig gespoten en strak afgewerkt de productie verlaten. Ontvetten, afschermen, mengen, spuiten, meten… jij doet het allemaal met vakmanschap. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid voldoen onze producten aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.

Jouw taken bestaan uit:

  • Schilderen van constructies of machineonderdelen in juiste kleurcode en met behulp van de juiste verfsystemen.
  • Ontvetten - reinigen van de te schilderen stukken.
  • Afschermen van de afgewerkte vlakken met tape, aangeduid op plan.
  • Oordeelkundig opstellen van de stukken om een goede bereikbaarheid van de te schilderen stukken te bekomen.
  • Mengen van verf, verdunners en eventueel verharders volgens richtlijnen van de leveranciers.
  • Spuiten van grond- en/of deklagen op diverse soorten materialen en vormen, binnen de vereiste zuiverheid en laagdiktes.
  • Spuiten in diverse richtingen en diverse houdingen met inachtneming van een goede dosering en oppervlakteverdeling.
  • Regelmatig nameten van de verschillende laagdikten.
  • Afnemen van de geschilderde stukken en ophangen in droogrekken of oven.
  • Gebruik van 2 componenten verfsystemen volgens de richtlijnen van de leverancier.
  • Verdunnen volgens noodzaak viscositeit van de gebruikte verf.
  • Dagelijks reinigen en onderhouden van het spuitgereedschap en werkomgeving.
  • Wekelijks reinigen van de spuitcabine.
  • Respecteren en toepassen veiligheidsnormen inclusief deze voor de scheikundige producten.
  • Het correct gebruiken van de voorziene en noodzakelijke PBM’s.
  • Werken met diverse scheikundige producten, zoals ontvetters, thinners, verven, verharders.
  • Werken volgens kwaliteitsprocedures.
  • Orde en netheid naleven op en rond de werkpost.
  • Assistentie verlenen bij onderhouds-en herstellingswerken uitgevoerd door eigen of externe medewerkers.
  • Vervangen van filterdoeken tijdens het periodiek- wekelijks-onderhoud.
  • Opvolgen van het onderhoudsschema.
  • Technisch geschoolde pistoolschilder of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring hebben met tekeninglezen (in het bijzonder naar kleurcodes toe)
  • Inzicht hebben in het gebruik van de verschillende scheikundige producten, zoals ontvetters thinners - verven – verharders
  • Lezen en begrijpen van productie-orderfiches
  • Kunnen werken met mengverhoudingen
  • Zelfstandig werken
  • Zowel werken vanop begane grond als op hoogte (ladder)
  • Je spreekt ofwel goed Nederlands of goed Engels
