Dan is de functie van pistoolschilder jou op het lijf geschreven! In deze rol krijg je de kans om jouw technische vaardigheden te perfectioneren en een waardevolle bijdrage te leveren aan de ontwikkeling van unieke ontwerpen die onze producten in de markt onderscheiden.

Om te bepalen of je de juiste kandidaat bent voor deze functie, willen we je graag de volgende vragen stellen:

  • Heb jij minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met lakwerkzaamheden in een productieomgeving?
  • Kun jij zowel zelfstandig als in een team uitstekend presteren?
  • Heb je een scherp oog voor detail en streef je continu naar de hoogste kwaliteit in je werk?

Als pistoolschilder ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig lakken van fietskaders en houd je de productieplanning scherp in de gaten. Je speelt ook een cruciale rol bij de voorbereidende werkzaamheden zoals schuren en maskeren van de fietsen. Bovendien help je mee aan de kwaliteitsbewaking en efficiëntie van het productieproces.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

  • Zelfstandig natlakken van fietskaders met een sterke focus op kwaliteit.
  • Inspecteren van kaders voor het lakken en rapporteren van afwijkingen.
  • Controleren van werkbonnen en afstemmen van kaders en lakopdrachten.
  • Zorgen voor een goede voorbereiding van de fietsen (schuren, masking, etc.).
  • Werken volgens vastgestelde richtlijnen, instructies en procedures.
  • Zorgen voor een schone en goed georganiseerde werkplek.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Geen specifieke diploma's vereist, maar ervaring met lakwerkzaamheden is een pré. Ervaring in carrosseriewerk of met poederlak wordt als een pluspunt beschouwd.
  • Een nauwkeurige werkhouding met oog voor detail.
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel in je werk.
  • In staat om zelfstandig te werken, maar ook een teamspeler zijn.
  • Interesse in natlakken en een sterke bereidheid om te leren en te groeien.
  • Kritisch en kwaliteitsgericht in je aanpak.
