Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige lakafwerking van onze opleggers.

Dankzij jouw ervaring en vakmanschap zorg je ervoor dat elke trailer voldoet aan de hoge kwaliteitsnormen.

Je staat in voor de voorbereiding, het schilderen en de afwerking van grote constructies. Omdat de opleggers in één geheel worden gespoten, is ervaring met het lakken van grote oppervlakken en voertuigen essentieel.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Voorbereiden van trailers voor het schilderproces.
  • Aanbrengen van polyester en uitvoeren van plamuurwerken waar nodig.
  • Wegwerken van oneffenheden en schuren van oppervlakken.
  • Afplakken van onderdelen en voorbereiden van de verschillende laklagen.
  • Aanbrengen van grondverf met het Airless schilderprocedé.
  • Aftekenen van kleurlijnen en uitvoeren van meerkleurige lakwerken.
  • Spuiten van eindlakken in diverse kleuren en afwerkingen.
  • Aanbrengen van een beschermende vernislaag.
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit van het schilderwerk en uitvoeren van eventuele correcties.
  • Correct omgaan met verfproducten, mengverhoudingen en spuitapparatuur.
  • Naleven van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuvoorschriften.

Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit productie en afwerking en draagt dagelijks bij aan een kwalitatief eindproduct waar klanten jarenlang op kunnen vertrouwen. Dankzij jouw ervaring kan je zelfstandig werken en neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor een perfect afgewerkte trailer.

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als pistoolschilder, bij voorkeur met het lakken van grote constructies, voertuigen of industriële onderdelen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met het Airless schilderprocedé.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het voorbereiden, schilderen en afwerken van grote oppervlakken.
  • Je hebt kennis van verfproducten, mengverhoudingen en laktechnieken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail en afwerking.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van je werk.
  • Je respecteert veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuvoorschriften.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die vlot samenwerkt met collega's.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt voldoende Nederlands om werkinstructies en veiligheidsvoorschriften correct op te volgen.

Extra troeven

  • Ervaring in de automotive-, carrosserie- of trailersector.
  • Kennis van 2K-componenten en industriële laksystemen.
  • Ervaring met het schilderen van trailers, vrachtwagens, landbouwmachines of andere grote voertuigen.
