Figlmüller steht seit jeher für das Wiener Schnitzel - paniert, goldbraun, ikonisch. Mit Figoletta schlagen wir die Brücke zur italienischen Cotoletta alla Milanese. Bei Figoletta servieren wir nicht nur italienische Klassiker, sondern feiern die Cotoletta als Signature Dish - so wie das Schnitzel bei Figlmüller. Figoletta ist also kein Bruch mit der Tradition - sondern eine liebevolle Erweiterung. Ein Stück Italien, das sich in Wien zuhause fühlt. Eine Pizzeria im Herzen Wiens - mit echter Handwerkskunst, hochwertigem Teig, Ofen, klarer Pizza-Kompetenz. Denn wenn wir eines gelernt haben: Es gibt keinen Widerspruch zwischen Panier und Pizzateig - sondern eine gemeinsame Liebe zur Qualität, zu ehrlichen Zutaten und zu echter Handarbeit.

AUFGABEN

Als Pizzabäcker_in / Küchenhilfe(m/w/d) bei Figoletta bist du mehr als nur Teil eines Küchenteams - du bringst italienische Lebensfreude direkt auf den Teller! Als Pizzaiolo bist du verantwortlich für die Zubereitung unserer authentischen Pizzen und trägst gemeinsam mit dem Team dazu bei, unseren Gästen kulinarische Höhepunkte zu bieten. Mit Hingabe, Fingerspitzengefühl und einem Gespür für Qualität bringst du den Geschmack Italiens auf den Teller.

Du bringst eine echte Leidenschaft für die italienische Küche mit und hast große Freude an der Teamarbeit. Neben deinem Talent, hast du echte Freude daran, Pizza zu machen - das schmeckt man bei jeden Biss. Was uns außerdem wichtig ist:

* Eine Ausbildung oder praktische Erfahrung als Pizzabäcker / Küchenhilfe(m/w/d) ist wünschenswert - aber nicht alles. Wichtiger ist: Persönlichkeit, Haltung & Lernwille

* Sehr gute Umgangsformen und ein positives Auftreten

* Du hast einen hohen Anspruch an Produktqualität und liebst es, mit frischen Zutaten zu arbeiten

* Teigführung und Pizzaofen sind für dich keine Fremdwörter, sondern dein tägliches Handwerkszeug

* Du belegst und bäckst Pizzen mit Leidenschaft und nach unseren Vorgaben

* Du hilfst bei Vorbereitungsarbeiten in der Küche und unterstützt das Team bei allem was in der Küchen anfällt

* Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse
