Voor onze klant, specialist in het ontwerpen en bouwen van materialen om dieren te voeren en te laten drinken, is op zoek naar een plaatbewerker/machineoperator.

Wat ga je doen?

Als plaatbewerker/machineoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten, instellen en opvolgen van verschillende plaatbewerkingsmachines. Je zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces vlot verloopt en dat de kwaliteit van de afgewerkte producten steeds gegarandeerd blijft.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je stelt verschillende plaatbewerkingsmachines in en zorgt voor een correcte opstart.
  • Je volgt het productieproces nauwgezet op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit binnen de afdeling.
  • Je coacht en motiveert operatoren en helpt hen om hun technische vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over mogelijke verbeteringen en werkt mee aan optimalisaties binnen de afdeling.
  • Indien nodig spring je zelf bij in de productie.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Teamleader.

Wie ben je?

  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet collega’s op een positieve manier te begeleiden en motiveren.
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding, bij voorkeur minimaal A2 mechanica of elektromechanica, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Kennis van CNC is een mooie troef.
  • Je bent enthousiast, gemotiveerd en neemt graag een voorbeeldrol op.
  • Je bent flexibel, oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief om processen te verbeteren.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in techniek en wilt jezelf blijven ontwikkelen.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt vlot Nederlands.
