Ben jij graag buiten aan het werk, heb je een praktische ingesteldheid en interesse in techniek en montage? Dan is deze job als plaatser van afsluitingen en poorten misschien iets voor jou!

Voor een stabiele onderneming zoeken we een gemotiveerde plaatser die samen met een ervaren ploegchef instaat voor de montage van omheiningen, afsluitingen, poorten en aanverwante constructies bij klanten. Je werkt voornamelijk in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen en komt zowel bij particuliere klanten als bedrijven en overheidsinstanties.

Jouw job als plaatser afsluitingen

Samen met je ploegchef vorm je een team van twee personen. Je ondersteunt hem bij de verschillende montagewerken en leert stap voor stap de kneepjes van het vak.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Plaatsen en monteren van afsluitingen en omheiningen
  • Installeren van poorten en hekwerken
  • Uitvoeren van diverse montage- en buitenwerken
  • Voorbereiden van de werf en materialen
  • Werken volgens een grondplan en technische instructies
  • Assisteren van de ploegchef tijdens de werkzaamheden
  • Oplossen van praktische problemen op de werf
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en kwalitatieve afwerking

Je krijgt de kans om het vak volledig aan te leren van een ervaren ploegchef. Heb je de ambitie om verder te groeien? Op termijn kan je doorgroeien naar de functie van ploegchef.

Wie zoeken we?

We zijn op zoek naar iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en zich herkent in volgende eigenschappen:

  • Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio van Kortemark, op maximaal ongeveer 20 minuten rijden
  • Je hebt interesse in techniek, mechaniek en montage
  • Je kunt een grondplan lezen of bent bereid dit aan te leren
  • Je bent gemotiveerd, leergierig en neemt graag initiatief
  • Je bent stipt en betrouwbaar
  • Je denkt praktisch en oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent fysiek in goede conditie en hebt geen probleem met zwaar buitenwerk
  • Je bent flexibel wanneer een opdracht door omstandigheden wat langer duurt
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en weet prioriteiten te stellen
  • Ervaring in afsluitingen, hekwerken, de bouwsector of ander buitenwerk is een pluspunt
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en/of goed Engels
  • Kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen
  • Een rijbewijs BE of CE is een extra troef
