The posting

Het bedrijf begon meer dan 60 jaar geleden klein, in een loods bij het ouderlijk huis. Met veel liefde voor het vak groeide het uit tot een middelgrote onderneming met een eigen atelier en toonzaal in Zonhoven.

Vandaag werken er zo’n 40–50 mensen met een passie voor schrijnwerk en kwaliteit. Veel medewerkers blijven lang in dienst en bouwen hun kennis door de jaren heen verder uit. Binnen het team vind je mensen met verschillende rollen: medewerkers in de productie, projectleiders, commercieel personeel, planners en medewerkers in de offerte- en klantenservice.

Jobomschrijving

Voor de job als plaatser aluminium ramen en deuren in de regio Hasselt ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Je plaatst aluminium ramen en deuren op een kwalitatieve en correcte manier
  • Je werkt met buitenschrijnwerk dat in het eigen atelier wordt gemaakt
  • Je hebt veel aandacht voor detail en een perfecte afwerking
  • Je bent op de werf het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en architecten
  • Je stuurt minder ervaren collega’s aan en helpt hen groeien
  • Je hebt een sterke technische basis
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel
  • Je blijft rustig bij druk of onverwachte situaties
  • Je bewaakt altijd de kwaliteit van het werk
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een rijbewijs C om met de vrachtwagen naar de werf te rijden
  • Je kan idealiter inspringen als back-up voor de kraanbestuurder
  • Heb je nog geen ervaring met de kraan? Dan ben je bereid dit te leren via opleiding en training on the job
