Voor onze klant te Gent zijn we op zoek naar nieuwe collega plaatser (buitenschrijnwerk)

Je takenpakket als plaaster:

  • Je maakt meubilair, maatwerk en keukens met de hoogste kwaliteit
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt in ons atelier en geeft de nodige feedback aan collega’s
  • Jouw advies wordt gevraagd bij de technische tekeningen en de uitvoering ervan
  • Je interpreteert de technische plannen en programma’s op de opdeelzaag en CNC en voert deze nadien zorgvuldig uit en monteert daarna de meubelen
  • Je stuurt collega’s in het atelier en het magazijn aan, maar doet ook zelf het nodige werk aan de opdeelzaag, CNC en/of de kantenlijmer
  • Je zorgt voor optimalisatie in de workflow en de uitvoering van het maatwerk
  • Je staat in voor een zorgvuldige plaatsing bij onze klanten

ProfielEen ideale kandidaat als buitenschrijnwerker beantwoordt aan het volgende profiel:

  • Is kwaliteit en afwerking jouw handelsmerk?
  • Kick je op het programmeren van een 5-assige CNC met WoodWop?
  • Zin om jouw talenten en inzichten te delen met het voltallige team?
  • Heb je ambitie en goesting om mee te groeien en een team uit te bouwen?
  • Heeft maatwerk na minstens 4 jaar weinig tot geen geheimen meer voor jou?
  • Ben je gedreven om de extra mile te gaan?
  • Krijg je zowel voldoening van werk in het atelier als van de plaatsing?
