Jobomschrijving

Als plaatslager sta je in voor het herstellen van koetswerkschade aan voertuigen en onderdelen. Je gebruikt verschillende technieken om carrosserieschade vakkundig te herstellen zodat het voertuig opnieuw in perfecte staat kan worden afgewerkt.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Herstellen van plaatschade aan voertuigen en onderdelen met behulp van diverse lastechnieken, uitdeuken en krimpen met handgereedschap of hulpmiddelen.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte voorbereiding zodat na het spuiten geen onregelmatigheden zichtbaar zijn.
  • Aanbrengen van beschermingslagen om herstelde oppervlakken lek- en tochtvrij te maken, zowel aan de binnen- als buitenzijde.
  • Zorg dragen voor het onderhoud en het correct gebruik van je gereedschap.
  • Mee instaan voor orde, netheid en veiligheid in de werkplaats.
  • Interesse tonen in nieuwe technologieën en meewerken aan het verder ontwikkelen van kennis rond herstellingen aan moderne voertuigen, waaronder elektrische wagens.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt ervaring als plaatslager en bent vertrouwd met het herstellen van (grotere) plaatschades.
  • Je kent moderne gereedschappen en technieken binnen de carrosserieherstelling en blijft graag bijleren over nieuwe technologieën.
  • Je hebt ervaring met werken aan hybride en/of elektrische voertuigen of bent gemotiveerd om je hierin verder te verdiepen.
  • Je beheerst technieken zoals elektrisch en autogeen lassen, hard solderen, uitdeuken van plaatmateriaal en werken met trek- en richtbanken.
  • Ervaring met (de)montage, werkvoorbereiding of pistoolschilderen is een extra troef.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Een HEV2-attest is een mooie plus.
