Als je daar aan toe bent, dan past de baan van plaatsvervangend supermarktmanager bij Lidl helemaal bij jou! Wat ga je doen? In deze rol werk je nauw samen met de supermarktmanager. Je houdt je bezig met het opstellen van de personeelsplanning, het aansturen van het team en het bekijken van onze wekelijkse cijfers. Je ziet wat nodig is, je zorgt voor afstemming en je doet het. Naast je leidinggevende taken steek je ook samen met het team de handen uit de mouwen. Denk aan het verwerken van binnenkomende vracht of helpen met het vullen van de schappen. Ook richt je je op de begeleiding van hulpkrachten in jouw filiaal. Je bent samen met de supermarktmanager verantwoordelijk voor het aannemen van de hulpkrachten en helpt hen om zich te ontwikkelen en het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Je begeleidt hen tijdens het inwerktraject en bent een betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt. Als de supermarktmanager er niet is, dan pak jij de managementtaken op.
