The posting

Als logistiek medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, coördineren en uitvoeren van logistieke processen binnen het sorteercentrum.

Wat mag je je hier zoal bij voorstellen?

  • Ziet toe op correcte en optimale uitvoering van het planbalieproces, bewaakt de voortgang hiervan en stuurt bij in geval van afwijkingen.
  • Bent verantwoordelijk voor alle inkomende en uitgaande pakketten vanuit chauffeurs en bereidt de distributieactiviteiten voor.
  • Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat alle zendingen verwerkt worden en op tijd kunnen meegegeven worden met de chauffeurs.
  • Corrigeert statussen van zendingen indien nodig.
  • Scannen van pakketten.
  • Je hanteert de distributievoorschriften en kan met behulp van de beschikbare computertoepassingen de overdracht van de goederen vlot laten verlopen.
  • Werkt nauw samen met de overige Medewerkers Planbalie en deelt procesbijzonderheden juist en volledig met collega’s.
  • Biedt ondersteuning aan chauffeurs en fungeert als aanspreekpunt bij problemen.
  • Signaleert verbeterpotentieel in processen en voert dit aan richting proces verantwoordelijke en eventueel andere Medewerkers Planbalie.
  • Voert controles uit op de kwaliteit van de chauffeurs en spreekt hen hier over aan. Fysiek werk schrikt jou niet af en je helpt graag mee in het magazijn.
  • Je staat in nauw contact met de chauffeurs/ procesverantwoordelijke en andere collega's.
  • Kortom: een fysieke job in combinatie met administratief werk
  • Je hebt een diploma secundair onderwijs of bent gelijkgesteld door ervaring of denkniveau;
  • Je kan vlot overweg met een computer;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift; kennis van de Franse taal is mooi meegenomen;
  • Je bent flexibel en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit;
  • Hou er rekening mee dat je dozen tot max. 30 kg moet kunnen verplaatsen;
  • Je werkuren zijn: 7u30 - 14u30 of 14u30 tot 22u00.
  • Je werkt op zaterdagen (zoveel je kan/wil) én bent ook beschikbaar tijdens schoolvakanties (krokus, paas, zomer en herfstvakantie en indien mogelijk kerstvakantie)
