Als Planeconoom ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de financiële en economische kant van complexe gebiedsontwikkelingsprojecten. Je analyseert haalbaarheid, beoordeelt financiële risico's en vertaalt economische inzichten naar praktische adviezen voor zowel vastgoed- als openbare ruimteprojecten. Je werkt intensief samen met collega's uit disciplines zoals civiele techniek, planologie en geodata. Samen zorg je ervoor dat projecten niet alleen ruimtelijk logisch zijn, maar ook financieel gezond en haalbaar blijven. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit; - Opstellen en doorrekenen van grond- en vastgoedexploitaties. - Uitwerken van financiële scenario's en haalbaarheidsanalyses voor gebiedsontwikkelingen. - Signaleren van financiële risico's en kansen binnen projecten. - Adviseren van projectteams over grondbeleid en financiële strategieën. - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers zoals gemeenten, corporaties en ontwikkelaars. - Samenwerken met specialisten uit civiele techniek en ruimtelijke ontwikkeling. - Ondersteunen of begeleiden van collega's op het gebied van planeconomie. Je werk is afwisselend: deels op kantoor en deels bij opdrachtgevers zoals gemeenten. Zo combineer je analytisch werk met overleg en strategische advisering. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in planologie, economie, civiele techniek, bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare richting. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol als planeconoom. - Sterk analytisch en cijfermatig inzicht, met ervaring in financiële modellen. - Ervaren met Excel en andere rekentools voor gebiedsontwikkeling. - Goede communicatieve ...
