Je bent dé financieel adviseur bij locatie- en gebiedsontwikkelingen. Je voert onderhandelingen en adviseert projectleiders en andere collega's over de financiële- en risico aspecten van grondtransacties. Je hebt veel contact met ontwikkelaars en maatschappelijke organisaties. Meer concreet: - Je adviseert over locatie- en gebiedsontwikkelingen met een focus op financiële effecten en risico's, haalbaarheid en gemeentelijke regie en neemt deel aan interne projectteams. - Je voert onderhandelingen en werkt samen met externe partijen. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor beleidsproducten op het gebied van grondprijzen en kostenverhaal en denkt actief mee over grondbeleid en de inzet van grondinstrumenten. - Je stelt elk jaar de Meerjaren Prognose Grondexploitaties (MPG), de Parameterbrief en de Grondprijzenbrief op. - Je zorgt voor actuele en accurate grondexploitatieberekeningen. - Je adviseert over businesscases voor grond en vastgoed en denkt mee over de implementatie van kostprijsdekkende huren voor het gemeentelijk vastgoed. - Je draagt bij aan de professionele zichtbaarheid van het team in de organisatie en zet je in voo...
