Loxone sucht: 1 Planer-Account Manager_in AT - 4154 Kollerschlag Sales & Customer Support Full time

In dieser Schlüsselrolle verantwortest du den strategischen Ausbau und die technische Betreuung unseres Fachplaner-Netzwerks im Bereich Loxone Gebäudeautomation. Du begleitest Planungsbüros von der Erstansprache bis zum gemeinsamen Projektstart, berätst zu Loxone-Lösungen und führst technische Workshops sowie Schulungen durch. Dabei kombinierst du technisches Verständnis mit vertrieblichem Gespür und dem Talent, nachhaltige Partnerschaften aufzubauen.

Deine Aufgaben

* Du identifizierst, sprichst an und gewinnst neue Fachplaner

* Du baust langfristige, strategische Partnerschaften mit relevanten Entscheidungsträgern auf

* Du analysierst den Markt und entwickelst neue Marktpotenziale im Planer-Sektor

* Du übernimmst das Onboarding neuer Planer-Partner in unsere Technologien, Softwaretools und Standards

* Du unterstützt Planer bei der Planung über Teams

* Du leistest technische Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen

* Du bereitest Planer-Workshops vor und führst diese durch

* Du unterstützt das Marketing bei der Erstellung technischer Schulungsunterlagen, Präsentationen und Anwendungsempfehlungen

* Du stellst eine klare und verständliche Kommunikation zwischen Planung und Vertrieb sicher

* Du arbeitest eng mit Business Development, Partner Coaching und Marketing zusammen

* Du gibst Markt- und Kundenanforderungen strukturiert an die internen Teams zurück

Dein Profil

* Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Du bringst Erfahrung im Umfeld der Gebäudeautomation, GA-Planung oder MSR-Technik mit

* Idealerweise verfügst du über Berufserfahrung im Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, in der Planerbetreuung oder im Account-Management

* Du bist kommunikationsstark, überzeugend und trittst sicher in Präsentationen auf

* Du hast Freude daran, Fachplaner technisch zu unterstützen und langfristige Beziehungen aufzubauen

* Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und zugleich teamorientiert

Unsere Gehälter liegen deutlich über dem Kollektivvertrag. Du erhältst ein Jahresgehalt von mindestens 45.000,- € - 60.000 € brutto mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Dieses Gehalt ist auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung, die genaue Höhe hängt jedoch von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab. Gleichzeitig haben wir auch ein sehr attraktives Bonus-System.
