Die WAV ist eine gemeinnützige Wohnbaugenossenschaft, die in den niederösterreichischen Regionen Wald-, Wein- und auch Mostviertel tätig ist. Aufgrund einer konstanten Neubautätigkeit von deutlich über 100 Wohneinheiten pro Jahr expandiert das Unternehmen und sucht daher 1 Planer_in - Elektro Vollzeit

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* Eigenverantwortliche Ausarbeitung von elektronischen Anlagen im Bereich der Gebäudetechnik von Neubau-Projekten

* Planerstellung mittels CAD einschließl. Energieverteilung, Kabellisten, Übersichtpläne, Massenauszügen, Bestellunterlagen

* Kostenermittlung und Preisanfragen

* Erstellen von Leistungsverzeichnissen

* Erstellung von Prüfberichten und Preisspiegel

* Permanente Marktanalyse der zur Verfügung stehenden Technologien

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Normen, technischen Vorschriften und Richtlinien

* Grundkenntnisse HKLS wünschenswert

* Unterstützung der Projektleitung

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung Gebäudetechnik (HTL, Fachschule, Lehre, etc.)

* Einige Jahre Planungs- und/oder Ausführungserfahrung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik (HKLS und/oder Elektro)

* Praxis mit einer gängigen Planungs- und Ausschreibungs-Software (z.B. Allplan, AX3000, ABK)

* Genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Gute Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten

* Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten

Wir bieten:
