Ben je communicatief sterk en help je graag mensen? Organiseren van afspraken en het eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten spreken je aan? Dan is deze rol iets voor jou!

Als planificateur francophone ben je het visitekaartje van onze klant. Je zorgt voor een gestructureerde planning en ondersteunt de commerciële teams met een soepel verloop van hun agenda. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het contact met klanten en het organiseren van afspraken die het verkoopproces versterken.

- Je belt bedrijven om afspraken in te plannen. - Je voert het eerste commerciële gesprek over onze producten voor eerste hulp. - Je beheert zelfstandig je planning en volgt regio’s nauwgezet op. - Je houdt gegevens actueel en bewaakt de kwaliteit van het agenda-overzicht. - Je werkt nauw samen met je team om het commerciële succes te ondersteunen.

Je werkt flexibel van maandag tot vrijdag tussen 8.30 en 17.00 uur, met mogelijkheden voor fulltime (38 uur), parttime (30 uur) of 4/5-werkweken. Zo kun je je werkuren goed afstemmen op je privéleven.

Wie ben jij?

  • Vous avez le sens de la communication et l'esprit commercial.
  • Vous aimez répondre aux clients par téléphone.
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome, mais vous aimez aussi faire avancer les choses en équipe !
  • Vous faites preuve d'une bonne dose de persuasion et de persévérance.
  • Vous avez l'esprit informatique et maîtrisez les outils numériques.

Opleiding: Tu es titulaire d'un diplôme de l'enseignement secondaire et tu as soif d'apprendre.

Vakkennis: Une expérience dans le secteur de la vente au détail est un atout, mais même sans expérience commerciale, votre candidature sera prise en considération.

Talenkennis: Vous effectuez les tâches administratives nécessaires et parlez parfaitement le français. La maîtrise du néerlandais n'est pas obligatoire, mais constitue un atout.
