JOB-3596528 Je gaat aan de slag als planjurist omgevingsplan binnen een groene en ambitieuze gemeente waar jouw werk direct zichtbaar is. In deze tijdelijke opdracht zorg je voor de juridische vertaling van bestaande regelgeving naar de nieuwe systematiek van het omgevingsplan. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team en neemt een belangrijke rol in bij het vormgeven, onderhouden en verbeteren van een helder, consistent en toetsbaar omgevingsplan. Daarbij krijg je veel ruimte om zelfstandig te opereren en inhoudelijk richting te geven. Je levert een directe bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het omgevingsplan binnen de gemeentelijke praktijk. Wat ga je doen - Je verzorgt de inhoudelijke omzetting van nog te verwerken bestaande regels uit de VFL, bouwregels en milieuregels als onderdeel van het transitieplan omgevingsplan. - Je stelt juridische omgevingsplanregels op of beoordeelt deze in Rx.Base voor activiteiten in de fysieke leefomgeving, zoals bouw-, gebruiks-, milieu-, bodem- en aanlegactiviteiten. - Je vertaalt inhoudelijke input uit het multidisciplinair team naar juridisch juiste en toepasbare planregels. - Je stemt af met de regelanalist over de vertaling van juridische regels naar toepasbare regels. - Je stemt af met de geo-specialist over activiteit- en locatie-annotaties. - Je neemt deel aan relevante externe en interne netwerken, softwaregebruikersbijeenkomsten, samenwerkingsverbanden en projectteams rond de totstandkoming van het omgevingsplan. - Je onderzoekt en analyseert vraagstukken en komt met creatieve oplossingen. - Je signaleert fouten en onnauwkeurigheden in bestaande regelgeving en corrigeert deze. - Je voert samen met het team regie op het omgevingsplan en neemt het voortouw in het onderhouden van een helder, consistent, toetsbaar en leesbaar omgevingsplan. - Je bent primair verantwoordelijk voor de juridische structuur, inhoud en consistentie van het omgevingsplan.
