Onze klant is als producent en leverancier actief in de elektromechanische sector. Ze richten zich voornamelijk op de high end markt en werken uitsluitend B2B. De opdrachten situeren zich in heel België en ook Frankrijk is een belangrijke markt,

Jobomschrijving

Als bediende planning techniekers sta je in voor volgende taken:

  • beheren van de korte- en langetermijnplanning voor interventies en onderhoudscontracten van brandwerende poorten en deuren
  • opstellen van werkroosters met aandacht voor projecttypes, beschikbaarheid en regio van techniekers
  • coördineren van techniekers en middelen om onderhoud tijdig uit te voeren en dringende interventies zo snel mogelijk in te plannen
  • contact onderhouden met klanten voor het vastleggen van afspraken, het verwerken van wijzigingen en het plannen van urgente opdrachten
  • analyseren van de efficiëntie van de planning en voorstellen van optimalisaties
  • opstellen van facturen op basis van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en gebruikte materialen
  • nauwe samenwerking met andere afdelingen om een vlotte projectuitvoering en hoge klanttevredenheid te verzekeren

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Als planner van techniekers herken je je in volgend profiel;

  • je hebt affiniteit met techniek; kennis van de sector is een pluspunt
  • administratie, structuur en nauwkeurigheid zijn helemaal jouw ding
  • je hebt reeds een aantal jaar ervaring binnen de functie planner techniekers
  • je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief
  • je communiceert helder en vlot met collega’s en klanten
  • je behoudt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en blijft kalm onder druk
  • enthousiasme, motivatie en teamspirit typeren jou
  • je bent leergierig, flexibel en ondersteunt collega’s waar nodig
  • je werkt vlot met MS Office; kennis van Adsolut is een troef
  • je kan je perfect uitdrukken in het Nederlands & Frans
