- Werken bij YoungCapital - - Jouw profiel Tijdelijk parttime planner in Naarden (€ 16,79 p/u) Start als tijdelijk planner in Naarden! Plan medische afspraken in voor de komende 8 weken en verdien € 16,79 per uur. Wat ga je doen? Krijg jij energie van een strakke planning en heldere patiëntencommunicatie? In de tijdelijke rol van planner in Naarden bel je cliënten uit om hen op te nemen in de agenda's van de medisch specialisten en je zorgt dat verzoeken tot het wijzigen of annuleren van consulten vlekkeloos verwerkt worden. Naast de uitgaande planning sta je cliënten telefonisch te woord over herhaalrecepten en beantwoord je de inkomende e-mails. Alle wijzigingen verwerk je direct in het centrale portaal. Een fijne, overzichtelijke plannerrol op kantoor op vaste dagen, waarbij je profiteert van vrije weekenden en feestdagen. Wat worden jouw taken? - Actief bellen van cliënten voor het inplannen van medische consulten; - Afhandelen van inkomend telefoonverkeer over afspraken en herhaalrecepten; - Voeren van een correcte administratie binnen het portaal; - Zorgdragen voor het versturen van digitale afspraakbevestigingen; - Beantwoorden van de dagelijkse mailstroom en schakelen met klinieken. Over het bedrijf Je komt te werken bij de grootste keten van zelfstandige medische klinieken in Nederland. Met tientallen gespecialiseerde vestigingen door het hele land bieden zij hoogwaardige, planbare zorg op het gebied van onder andere orthopedie, oogzorg, dermatologie en plastische chirurgie. Wie ben jij Jij bent een georganiseerde en oplossingsgerichte professional. Medische kennis is niet noodzakelijk, want nieuwe systemen maak jij je snel eigen. Je zoekt een tijdelijke uitdaging van ongeveer 8 weken en bent per direct beschikbaar voor 32 tot 40 uur per week . Vrijdag werken is een harde eis (maandag en woensdag een pre) en 1 keer per 2 weken draai je een avonddienst tot 20.00 uur. Wat wij bieden - Een mooi uurloon van € 16,79 ...
