The posting

De Service Planner is verantwoordelijk voor de registratie en administratie van de planning van onderhoud en reparaties van onze apparatuur bij diverse klanten. Een hele mond vol! Concreet kan je volgende taken/verantwoordelijkheden verwachten:

  • Jij bent de ontvanger van verzoeken voor onze diensten en plant deze nauwgezet in;
  • Je configureert de dag- en weekschema's en geeft deze door aan de bijhorende techniekers;
  • Je staat in voor het controleren van de vooraf opgestelde schema's en dient deze aan te passen aan de behoeften;
  • Je zal de klanten informeren over de schema's en neemt contact met hen op in geval van wijzigingen;
  • Vakantieplanning, evaluaties, etc. voor de techniekers wordt door jou beheerd;
  • Analyseren en nieuwe verbeteringsprocedures voorstellen om de efficiëntie van je functie te verbeteren, dat is echt iets voor jou!

Als toekomstige Service Planner binnen deze firma herken jij jezelf in onderstaand profiel en beschik je over volgende troeven:

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds ervaring in het coachen en leiden van een team;
  • Je bent methodisch, stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht; met andere woorden ben je een multitasker met een voorliefde voor uitdagingen en afwisseling;
  • Een grote portie verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel schrikt jou niet af;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen je aan te passen aan je gesprekspartner typeren jou;
  • Je bent klantgericht, flexibel, commercieel en beschikt over een flinke dosis assertiviteit;
  • Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans, zowel in woord als in geschrift. Vlot zijn in het Engels is eerder een pluspunt.
