Technisch planner woningaanpassingen

Wat ga je doen?

Als technisch planner woningaanpassingen zet je jouw technische inzicht en topografische kennis in om onze buitendienstmonteurs zo efficiënt mogelijk in te plannen. Je beoordeelt de aard en omvang van werkzaamheden, schat de benodigde tijd en capaciteit in en vertaalt dit naar een optimale route- en personeelsplanning.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Het plannen van onze buitendienstmonteurs en adviseurs.

- Het bewaken van openstaande opdrachten en doorlooptijden.

- Het inschatten van de benodigde tijd, capaciteit en prioriteit van technische werkzaamheden.

- Het optimaliseren van routeplanningen op basis van geografische kennis.

- Het onderhouden van telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met cliënten.

- Het beheren van het wagenpark, waaronder onderhoud en schades van bedrijfswagens en het inregelen van de mobiele telefoons.

Wie zoeken wij?

- Je hebt minimaal mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau en bij voorkeur ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.

- Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en goed ontwikkelde gesprekstechnieken.

- Je hebt aantoonbaar technisch inzicht en begrijpt de aard en complexiteit van technische werkzaamheden.

- Je vertaalt technische werkzaamheden moeiteloos naar een efficiënte tijds- en routeplanning.

- Je hebt goede geografische kennis of weet snel je weg te vinden binnen verschillende regio's.

- Je kunt snel schakelen.
