Planner Jij houdt het hoofd koel als de druk oploopt en ziet kansen waar anderen knelpunten zien. Met jouw ervaring zorg je niet alleen dat het rooster staat, maar help je ook processen slimmer en efficiënter in te richten. Je denkt vooruit, neemt initiatief en bouwt mee aan een toekomstbestendig roosterbureau. Wat ga je bij ons doen als planner? Als planner ben je samen met je collega verantwoordelijk voor een optimale personeelsplanning van onze woon- en opvanglocaties in Friesland, Groningen en Drenthe. Je zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers op de juiste plek en het juiste moment worden ingezet, waarbij je rekening houdt met wet- en regelgeving, cao-afspraken en de continuïteit van onze dienstverlening. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen de dagelijkse roosterpraktijk en de lange termijn. Bij ziekte, uitval of capaciteitsvraagstukken houd jij overzicht, denk je in oplossingen en signaleer je knelpunten tijdig. Je adviseert leidinggevenden over capaciteit, inzetbaarheid en roostertechnische vraagstukken en vertaalt gegevens naar bruikbare managementinformatie en verbeteradviezen. Daarnaast ben je een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor managers en medewerkers. Je geeft uitleg over planning en planningstools, ondersteunt gebruikers van de planningsapplicatie en zorgt voor een betrouwbare administratie, rapportages en registratie. Ook applicatiebeheer maakt onderdeel uit van je functie. Je beheert de planningsapplicatie, ondersteunt gebruikers, voert wijzigingen door en draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van onze planning- en roosterprocessen. In welk team kom jij terecht? Je komt terecht bij het roosterbureau. De komende jaren ontwikkelt het roosterbureau zich verder. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega-planner, leidinggevenden, medewerkers en andere betrokken afdelingen.
