Als personeelsplanner krijg je energie van schakelen, regelen én het vinden van de juiste oplossing. Je zorgt er voor dat locaties met de juiste bezetting kunnen draaien, zodat de kinderen gewoon kunnen spelen, groeien en ontwikkelen met de juiste aandacht! Wat ga je doen? Als planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het invullen van invalverzoeken; jij maakt de roosters van locaties compleet! Je schakelt, denkt vooruit en behoud altijd het overzicht. In deze functie heb je veel contact met de Locatiemanagers, je collega's van het flexteam en de uitzendbureaus waarmee we samenwerken. Jouw takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit: - Het tijdig rondkrijgen van roosters - Het oplossen van (adhoc) invalverzoeken en roosteruitdagingen van locaties - Afstemming met collega's en uitzendkrachten over beschikbaarheid - Nauwe samenwerking met Locatiemanagers - Secure administratieve verwerken in systemen - Knelpunten signaleren en meedenken over verbetermogelijkheden Het Service Centrum van KinderRijk (waar circa 50 medewerkers werken) is gevestigd aan de Maalderij in Amstelveen. Als planner ben je onderdeel van de afdeling personeelsplanning. Je maakt deel uit van een klein, hecht en gezellig team: 2 planners en 1 teammanager Personeelsplanning. In deze functie werk je 28 - 32 uur per week verdeeld over 4 dagen: maandag, woensdag, donderdag en vrijdag. De werktijden liggen tussen 7.30 uur en 16.00 uur. - Ook daarom is werken op het Service Centrum van KinderRijk bijzonder De sfeer is open en persoonlijk.
