Lees dan verder. Voor onze opdrachtgever in Terneuzen zoeken we een planner. Als planner in de maritieme sector ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en coördineren van scheepsbewegingen en werkzaamheden aan wal. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden op het water en aan wal goed op elkaar zijn afgestemd. Je stelt planningen op en past deze aan wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Daarbij houd je rekening met vaar- en rusttijden, weersomstandigheden, windkracht en getijden. Je hebt veel contact met schippers en andere betrokken partijen om ervoor te zorgen dat de planning uitvoerbaar blijft. Wanneer er wijzigingen nodig zijn, beoordeel je snel wat dit betekent voor de planning en verwerk je de aanpassingen. Je werkt als planner in een ploegensysteem van 12-uursdiensten (07:00-19:00 en 19:00-07:00), waarvoor je een ploegentoeslag ontvangt van 30%. Waarom zoeken we jou? - Plannen en organiseren gaan je goed af, ervaring als planner is daarnaast mooi meegenomen; - Je weet je helder uit te drukken en communiceert makkelijk met collega's, schippers en andere betrokkenen; - Nautische kennis is een pluspunt, bijvoorbeeld vanuit de binnenvaart of zeevaart; - Ook onder druk behoud je overzicht en werk je zelfstandig verder; - Bereidheid om in 12-uursdiensten te werken is belangrijk voor deze functie.
