Vivaldis Technics Bedienden is op zoek naar een Planner voor onze klant in Bree.

Jouw takenpakket als Resources Planner / Projectcoördinator bestaat uit:

  • Je ontwerpt en beheert een sluitende planning waarbij je rekening houdt met projectdeadlines, de specifieke talenten van medewerkers en hun beschikbaarheid.
  • Je stelt optimale montageteams samen en fungeert als centrale schakel tussen de interne ploegen, onderaannemers, sales en projectmanagement.
  • Je coördineert alle benodigde hulpmiddelen en resources om elk project vlekkeloos te laten verlopen. Je behoudt constant het overzicht en stuurt proactief bij wanneer omstandigheden veranderen, zodat de vooropgestelde timing gerespecteerd blijft.
  • Je neemt de administratieve nazorg op jou, zoals hotelovernachtingen voor teams, werfregistraties, tijdregistratie en het monitoren van KPI’s.

Profiel

Als Resources Planner / Projectcoördinator herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Een bachelor werk- en denkniveau
  • Je beschikt over een sterk organisatorisch vermogen en blijft rustig en gestructureerd, zelfs op piekmomenten.
  • Je communiceert helder, tactvol en verbindend naar verschillende stakeholders toe.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een logistieke, operationele of planmatige functie. Een technische achtergrond is een mooi pluspunt.
  • Je bent een echte puzzelaar die houdt van efficiëntie, maar tegelijkertijd flexibel genoeg is om ad-hoc oplossingen te bedenken.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en de drive om projecten van A tot Z te doen slagen.
