The posting

Voor een bouwklant met werven over heel België, zijn wij op zoek naar een planner voor de divisie leidingtechnieken. voor de Regio Puurs/ Mechelen.

  • Je bent als eerste op de werf.
  • De arbeiders krijgen via de ipad jouw planning door. Zo weten ze waar ze moeten zijn en welke soort werken ze zullen uitvoeren.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten van nieuwe ploegen, je berekent en bestelt het materiaal dat nodig is op de werf en je zorgt ervoor dat dit tijdig op de werf aanwezig is. Vervolgens zal je het eerste aanspreekpunt zijn van de arbeiders. Wanneer de werken niet zoals gepland kunnen doorgaan, ben jij degene die knopen doorhakt en oplossingen aanbiedt.
  • De samenwerking met onderaannemers wordt door jou geregeld, je plant werfbezoeken in met de toezichters en verantwoordelijken van de firma voor onder andere de camera-inspecties.
  • Verder sta je ook in voor de asfaltplanning, je volgt de vorderingen op en je doet de planning voor het transport.
  • Jouw dag zit erop als alle ploegen hun werken hebben afgerond en als je de planning voor de volgende dag hebt opgemaakt.
  • Je zal 50% op de werven terug te vinden zijn en 50% op kantoor.

  • Je hebt ervaring in de bouwsector als werfleider of projectleider of je bent organisatorisch sterk en je bent heel flexibel ingesteld.
  • Elke dag verandert de planning door nieuwe bijkomstige factoren, maar snel handelen en anticiperen is je op het lijf geschreven.
  • Je bent tijdens de dag altijd beschikbaar voor je arbeiders die jou om advies vragen en je kan snel schakelen in verschillende situaties.
  • Wanneer een arbeider je ’s morgens laat weten dat hij/zij afwezig is, zoek je naar een oplossing zodat de geplande werken kunnen doorgaan.
  • Je deinst er niet voor terug om jezelf verstaanbaar te maken in verschillende talen, ook al ben je ze niet machtig. Ook hier zoek je naar oplossingen zodat alles duidelijk is voor iedereen.
  • Tot slot ben je gefascineerd door alles wat zich afspeelt onder de grond.
  • Heb je geen ingenieursdiploma, maar wél de juiste ingesteldheid en flexibiliteit? Heb je gelijkaardige ervaring elders opgedaan?
