Voor een opdrachtgever binnen de infrastructuur zoeken wij een Planner die zorgt voor een optimale afstemming van mensen, materieel en projecten. In deze functie lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan specialistische boor- en perswerkzaamheden door de juiste capaciteit op het juiste moment beschikbaar te hebben. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte projectplanning en onderhoudt dagelijks contact met projectleiders, uitvoerders en collega's uit de uitvoering. Dankzij jouw overzicht, analytisch vermogen en flexibiliteit weet je snel in te spelen op wijzigingen en zorg je ervoor dat projecten volgens planning blijven verlopen. Wat ga je doen? - Opstellen en actualiseren van personeels-, materieel- en projectplanningen. - Zorgdragen voor een optimale inzet van medewerkers, machines en overige middelen. - Intensief samenwerken met projectteams om de voortgang en beschikbare capaciteit op elkaar af te stemmen. - Knelpunten in de planning vroegtijdig herkennen en passende oplossingen voorstellen. - Coördineren van plannings- en capaciteitsoverleggen. - Actief bijdragen aan het verbeteren van de planning en het efficiënter inrichten van werkprocessen.
