De duur zal in eerste instantie tot en met eind september zijn en bij goed functioneren is er een mogelijkheid om door te groeien tot accountspecialist. Wat moet een planner allemaal doen. - Invullen van de week-en dag planning en de ad hoc planningen - Ontvangen en verwerken van de planning van de klant. Communiceren hierover met de klant en flexwerker - Ondersteunen bij het optimaliseren van de flexwerker pool - Inventariseren beschikbaarheid en inzetbaarheid van flexwerkers voor de komende periode - Signaleren van de instroombehoefte t.b.v. de juiste pool grote - Doen van verbeteringsvoorstellen op het gebied van planning en forecast - Structureel onderhoud van de kwaliteit en kwantiteit van de pool flexwerkers - Communicatie met flexwerker en klant over afwezigheid van flexwerker - Indien noodzakelijk flexwerkers aanspreken over de huis regels t.b.v de planning - Beheren van de planning en pool in onze planningstool (I-Plan) - Plannen van vast personeel. Wat verwachten wij van jou. - Dat je communicatief vaardig bent, je hebt dagelijks contact met de klant over de planning en over de opkomst van de flexwerkers - Er voor zorg dragen dat de klant de aanvragen invoert in ons plan systeem - Beantwoorden van vragen van de klant en flexwerkers met betrekking tot de planning - KPI's beheren en invullen in de daarvoor bestemde documenten - Opvang 1ste werkdag nieuwe flex medewerkers - Ondersteuning bij het voorkomen en beheersen van het ziekteverzuim van flexwerkers en contact onderhouden met flexwerkers tijdens ziekte Voor deze functie vragen wij ook! - Dat je zelfstandig kan werken - Dat je deze zomer geen vakantieplannen hebt - Signaleringsrol hebt met betrekking tot de poolopbouw - Relatiebeheer met klant en flexwerker - Stevig in je schoenen staat - D...
