Heb jij een scherp oog voor de inzet van mensen en middelen en wil je werken bij een van de grootste technische dienstverleners van Nederland? Als Capaciteitsplanner bij Croonwolter&dros in Amsterdam ben jij de spil die ervoor zorgt dat onze utiliteitsprojecten altijd beschikken over de juiste vakmensen op het juiste moment. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de optimale balans tussen de vraag vanuit projecten en de beschikbare interne en externe capaciteit. Je signaleert tijdig knelpunten, rapporteert aan de P&L-verantwoordelijken en adviseert over slimme inzet van personeel. Je werkt intensief samen met projectleiders, HR en externe leveranciers om te zorgen dat de operatie veilig en efficiënt kan doordraaien. Naast het leggen van de planningpuzzel bewaak je de administratie rondom inleen en contractafspraken. Kortom: jij brengt structuur in de hectiek en tilt de personeelsplanning naar een hoger, toekomstbestendig niveau. Een greep uit jouw takenpakket: - Opstellen en optimaliseren van capaciteitsplanningen voor zowel interne als externe medewerkers; - Signaleren en wekelijks rapporteren van over- en ondercapaciteit aan de verantwoordelijken; - Deelnemen aan regio-overleggen met commercie en operatie om de koers af te stemmen; - Beheren van de inleenadministratie, contractbewaking en borgen van wettelijke vereisten; - Ondersteunen bij kostenbewaking en het doen van verbetervoorstellen voor de personeelsplanning; - Signaleren van scholingsbehoeften en bijdragen aan de inzetbaarheid van collega's.
