Als planner bij Defensie in Soesterberg ben je primair verantwoordelijk voor het logistieke succes van onze krijgsmacht. Zonder jouw strakke organisatie staat de bevoorrading stil en ontbreekt het de militairen aan essentiële uitrusting, van slaapzakken tot gevechtsuniformen. Jij beheert de inkomende en uitgaande goederenstroom in het warehouse tot in de kleinste details. Zodra orders via het systeem binnenrollen, zet jij deze razendsnel om in een kloppende kortetermijnplanning. Daarbij heb je continu contact met externe leveranciers om de laad- en lostijden af te stemmen, en blok je deze levermomenten efficiënt in de agenda. Ontstaat er onverwacht een logistieke hobbel? Dan zie jij dat direct, grijp je in op de vloer en houd je de klant netjes op de hoogte van de status. Verder adviseer je de werkvoorbereider met slimme ideeën om de werkprocessen, voornamelijk in Soesterberg en deels in Nieuwegein, continu te verbeteren. Wie ben jij? Overzicht bewaren is jouw tweede natuur en hectiek brengt jou absoluut niet van de wijs. Om deze functie succesvol in te vullen, heb je een afgerond mbo 3-diploma op zak in de richting van logistiek, transport of voorraadbeheer. Combineer dit met ten minste drie jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen een magazijn, en je profiel is bijna compleet. Het invoeren en analyseren van data in programma's zoals Excel gaat je bijzonder goed af, en ook systemen als SAP of een Warehouse Management Systeem hebben voor jou weinig geheimen. Aangezien je veel schakelt op de werkvloer, werk je 32 tot 38 uur per week volledig op locatie. Een geldig rijbewijs B is verplicht om soepel tussen de vestigingen te reizen.
