Je ondersteunt de logistiek, houdt overzicht over de in- en uitgaande materieelstromen en stemt af met collega's binnen én buiten de organisatie. In deze rol sta je midden in het logistieke hart, je werkt nauw samen met je collega van magazijn en het terrein. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat onze projecten altijd op tijd met het juiste materieel aan de slag kunnen. - Plannen en coördineren van logistieke processen op de materieeldienst; - Fungeren als frontoffice: aanspreekpunt voor interne klanten en leveranciers; - Verwerken van administratie en aanvragen in onze systemen (zoals 4PS); - Ondersteunen bij de uitgifte en retourname van materieel; - Signaleren van knelpunten en zorgen voor snelle oplossingen; - Bewaken van de voorraad en bijhouden van het overzicht. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Aantoonbare ervaring met logistiek, materieelbeheer of (grondverzet/infra)machines; - Computervaardig en administratief sterk; - Kennis van en ervaring met ERP-systemen is een pre (zoals 4PS); - Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands, Duits en Engels op basisniveau is een pre; - Stressbestendig, communicatief sterk en je houdt altijd het overzicht; - In het bezit van VCA of bereid dit te halen.
