Als Assistent Transportplanner ben jij de rechterhand van de planner en speel je een belangrijke rol in het soepel laten verlopen van de dagelijkse transportoperatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat transportopdrachten correct worden verwerkt en dat de planning goed is voorbereid. Je verzamelt en controleert transportgegevens, bewaakt de benodigde documentatie en ondersteunt bij administratieve werkzaamheden rondom transport en douane. Daarnaast monitor je de lopende ritten en schakel je snel wanneer er vertragingen of afwijkingen ontstaan. Je hebt veel contact met chauffeurs, klanten en interne afdelingen. Je registreert wachtkosten, verwerkt wachturen, maakt dossiers administratief gereed en ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding van de facturatie. Kortom: een veelzijdige functie waarin jouw nauwkeurigheid, communicatie en oplossingsgerichtheid iedere dag het verschil maken. waar ga je werken?
