Jij zorgt ervoor dat chauffeurs, inzamelroutes en opdrachten perfect op elkaar aansluiten. Met jouw scherpe blik signaleer je knelpunten nog vóór ze ontstaan en stuur je moeiteloos bij.

In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de optimale inzet van medewerkers, materieel en middelen in jouw regio. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen chauffeurs, klanten, interne afdelingen én de dynamiek op de weg. Jouw missie: een soepele, efficiënte en correcte uitvoering van de gemeentelijke en bedrijfsmatige afvalinzameling – kostenbewust, georganiseerd en met uitstekende service voor inwoners en klanten.

In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de optimale inzet van medewerkers, materieel en middelen in jouw regio. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen chauffeurs, klanten, interne afdelingen én de dynamiek op de weg. Jouw missie: een soepele, efficiënte en correcte uitvoering van de gemeentelijke en bedrijfsmatige afvalinzameling – kostenbewust, georganiseerd en met uitstekende service voor inwoners en klanten.

Wat je gaat doen:

- Je geeft positieve en duidelijke aansturing aan chauffeurs tijdens hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden

- Je plant en coördineert de inzet van chauffeurs en materieel voor een efficiënte inzameling van alle afvalstromen

- Je werkt nauw samen met de verkoopafdeling bij het aansluiten van nieuwe klanten, het ontwikkelen van specifieke diensten en het afstemmen van klantafspraken

- Je bent ambitieus, geeft structuur aan de planning en hebt uitzicht op de functie als hoofd planner

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een teamspeler die energie haalt uit schakelen, afstemmen en het oplossen van onverwachte situaties. Je houdt moeiteloos overzicht, denkt in oplossingen en weet precies wanneer je moet bijsturen. Wat jij meebrengt:
