Weet jij als geen ander overzicht te houden, werkzaamheden efficiënt in te plannen en schakel jij vlot met verschillende mensen? Dan is deze baan zeker iets voor jou! Wat ga je doen Als planner bij Oasen zorg jij ervoor dat ons drinkwaterleidingnet, dat bestaat uit 4.000 kilometer leiding, in uitstekende conditie blijft. Jij stuurt samen met een collega planner en vier(junior) engineers bedrijfsvoering de monteurs aan in het uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Jij zorgt dat alles zo efficiënt en effectief mogelijk wordt ingepland en aangestuurd. Bij het inplannen van het werk let je o.a. op de normtijden, beschikbare capaciteit, kosten, veiligheid en het materieel. In deze baan is geen dag hetzelfde. Is er een lekkage? Jij kijkt welke monteur in de buurt van het lek is. Je stuurt de monteur op onderzoek uit en blijft met hem in contact. Op aangeven van de monteur regel jij dat het benodigde materieel zo snel mogelijk ter plaatse is. Wanneer nodig vraag jij een KLIC en calamiteiten melding aan, regel je verkeersafzetting, schakel je met derden, en breng jij interne collega's op de hoogte. Verder ga jij aan de slag met: - De vastlegging van meldingen en registraties van werk in onze systemen; - Geplande taken omzetten in werkbonnen - Het telefonisch inplannen van afspraken met klanten. - Het meedraaien van ± 8 wachtdiensten in een jaar, daarin ben je ook buiten kantoortijden bereikbaar om storingen en lekkages zo snel mogelijk op te lossen. Team In het team Bedrijfsvoering Distributie werk je samen met 42 betrokken collega's aan ons waterleidingnet.
