Functieomschrijving Als Planner binnen onze opdrachtgever ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt plannen van personeel binnen de productie en logistiek. Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met collega's en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken soepel verlopen. Spoedaanvragen, wijzigingen en onverwachte situaties zie jij als een uitdaging. Als Planner weet je snel te schakelen, houd je overzicht en durf je ook duidelijk "nee" te zeggen wanneer een planning niet haalbaar is. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist die afwisseling maakt de rol van Planner zo leuk. Je werkplek Onze opdrachtgever produceert zijn producten voor alle grote bouwbedrijven binnen Nederland. Het product die ze maken is exclusief en door de geavanceerde machines kunnen zij een kleine batch produceren. Hierdoor zijn ze voor veel bouwbedrijven een interessante optie. Het bedrijf zelf is een typisch familiebedrijf, waar het hart op de tong ligt. Men kent iedereen bij naam en de lijnen zijn kort. Successen worden samen gevierd en je wordt gevraagd om bepaalde verbeteringen door te voeren waar nodig.
