Als Planner op de afdeling Zorglogistiek revalidatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt inroosteren van paramedici en medisch specialisten. Om dat te bereiken: - Gebruik je verschillende 'tools' om een afweging te kunnen maken tussen de belangen van de patiënt, medewerker en bedrijfsvoering m.b.t. het rooster. - Voer je roostermutaties door. - Doe je verbetervoorstellen en/of aanpassingen bij het optreden van knelpunten en stem je af met collega's om roosters te verbeteren. - Lever je een bijdrage aan rooster overleggen. - Ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen van patiënten en roosterdeelnemers. Jouw team De afdeling Zorglogistiek Revalidatie ondersteunt de bijzondere zorg van de Sint Maartenskliniek. Het team bestaat uit 23 enthousiaste medewerkers die het volledige plan- en roosterproces van de revalidatie ondersteunen, inclusief de buitenlocaties. Onze afdeling bestaat uit een medisch secretariaat en een planningsafdeling. Dit bieden wij - Je krijgt een veelzijdige rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor eigen initiatief. - Een contract in eerste instantie voor de duur van een jaar met intentie tot vast dienstverband en een salaris van minimaal € 3.228,- en maximaal € 4.346,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur per week (FWG 45 CAO ziekenhuizen). - Een pakket met prima arbeidsvoorwaarden , waaronder een eindejaarsuitkering, een goede pensioenvoorziening en gratis parkeren bij het ziekenhuis. - Focus op jouw talent en (persoonlijke) ontwikkeling, mede ondersteund door onze eigen Maartensacademie die jou adviseert en f...
