Vivaldis Technics Bedienden is op zoek naar een Productieplanner voor onze klant in regio Lommel. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in hoogwaardige productie op maat. Neem gerust de vacature even door!

Jouw takenpakket als Productieplanner / Supply Chain Planner bestaat uit:

  • Het opmaken van een haalbare planning waarin je rekening houdt met materiaalbeschikbaarheid, machinecapaciteit, klantenvraag en voorraad.
  • Dagelijkse opvolging van de voortgang op de vloer; je stuur bij waar nodig zodra leveringen of prioriteiten wijzigen.
  • Het tijdig detecteren van knelpunten, dreigende materiaaltekorten of vertragingen, en dit meteen afstemmen met de betrokken teams.
  • Nauw overleg met afdelingen zoals productie, magazijn, klantenservice en logistiek om de juiste volgorde van werken te bepalen.
  • Het up-to-date en correct houden van alle stamgegevens en planningsparameters in het ERP-systeem.
  • Het helder overbrengen van planningwijzigingen naar alle betrokken stakeholders.
  • Het ondersteunen van de administratieve opvolging rond de productie voor een betrouwbare rapportage.
  • Het signaleren van structurele knelpunten en het actief meedenken over proces- en kwaliteitsverbeteringen.

Profiel

Als Productieplanner / Supply Chain Planner herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je combineert een analytisch en puzzelend vermogen met een gezonde dosis pragmatisme en affiniteit met de productievloer.
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma (bijv. Supply Chain, Logistiek, Bedrijfskunde) op zak of bent gelijkwaardig door opgebouwde ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, op de planningsafdeling of in materiaalbeheer is een absolute troef.
  • Je werkt uiterst gestructureerd, bent sterk in het stellen van prioriteiten en let nauwgezet op details.
  • Kennis van ERP-software is vereist; ervaring met specifieke plannings- of voorraadtools is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent wendbaar, stressbestendig en behoudt de controle wanneer de zaken anders lopen dan gepland.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en durft risico's open te bespreken.
  • Je beschikt over een proactieve, oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
