Jouw functie: de motor achter een vlotte logistiek

Als planner nationaal en internationaal transport zorg jij ervoor dat alles achter de schermen perfect georganiseerd is. Jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat goederen tijdig en efficiënt op de juiste plaats geraken.

Jouw taken zijn veelzijdig en uitdagend:

  • Je maakt en coördineert de planning van nationale transporten
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en klanten
  • Je plant en organiseert internationale transporten vanuit Spanje en Italië
  • Je onderhoudt sterke relaties met logistieke partners
  • Je volgt de volledige administratieve flow op van bestelling tot levering
  • Je verwerkt werkorders en houdt alles nauwkeurig bij
  • Je analyseert transportgegevens en denkt mee over efficiëntere en kostenbesparende oplossingen
  • Je optimaliseert processen en brengt nieuwe ideeën aan
  • Je ondersteunt de commerciële binnendienst waar nodig

Je combineert structuur, communicatie en probleemoplossend denken in één dynamische job.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent iemand die energie krijgt van organiseren, schakelen en oplossingen vinden.

  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels (Spaans of Italiaans is een plus)
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office, vooral Excel
  • Je bent sterk in plannen en houdt graag het overzicht
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en houdt van uitdagingen
  • Je hebt commerciële flair en communiceert vlot
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel
  • Je denkt proactief en ziet opportuniteiten
