The posting

Als Medewerker Planning & Administratie ben jij de spil van onze planningsdienst. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze projecten vlot ingepland worden, dat klanten tijdig weten waar ze aan toe zijn en dat onze teams elke dag met de juiste opdrachten op pad gaan. Je volgt dossiers op van inplanning tot en met de facturatie en combineert zo planning, klantencontact en administratie in één afwisselende functie.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

Je plant onze projecten in en bewaakt de totaalplanning van platte daken, hellende daken en gevelwerken.

Je informeert klanten tijdig over de uitvoeringsdata en houdt hen op de hoogte bij wijzigingen.

Je beantwoordt inkomende mails en aanvragen en zorgt voor een correcte en vlotte opvolging.

Je stuurt de teams aan en verdeelt de dagelijkse taken over de verschillende ploegen.

Je schakelt snel bij onvoorziene omstandigheden zoals weersomstandigheden of wijzigingen van de klant.

Je verzorgt de administratieve afhandeling van dossiers na uitvoering, zoals werfbonnen, uren en meerwerken.

Je bereidt de facturatie voor en volgt dossiers op tot ze volledig afgesloten zijn.

Je houdt planning en dossiers nauwkeurig up-to-date in onze digitale systemen.

Je hebt ervaring in een administratieve of planningsfunctie.

Ervaring in de dak- en/of bouwsector is een sterke troef.

Je bent organisatorisch sterk, houdt overzicht en werkt nauwkeurig.

Je bent stressbestendig en blijft kalm wanneer de planning moet worden bijgestuurd.

Je bent klantvriendelijk en communiceert helder, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk.

Je durft teams duidelijk en correct aan te sturen.

Je werkt vlot met de pc, Office en digitale planningstools.

Je bent zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en bent een echte teamplayer.

Je bent hands-on en houdt ervan dat dossiers correct en volledig worden afgewerkt.
