Voor deze job als afsprakenplanner automotive in een garage in Brugge ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een vlotte en efficiënte planning van onderhouden en herstellingen.

Je hebt dagelijks veel telefonisch contact met klanten en zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant tijdig een afspraak kan inplannen.

Jouw takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit:

  • Je hebt dagelijks veel telefonisch contact met klanten
  • Je contacteert klanten om onderhouden en herstellingen in te plannen
  • Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten over mogelijke afspraken
  • Je volgt inkomende mails op rond onderhouds- en herstellingsafspraken
  • Je verwerkt aanvragen correct en zorgt voor een duidelijke opvolging
  • Je houdt de planning nauwkeurig bij
  • Je stemt afspraken af op de beschikbare capaciteit

Leadopvolging is ook één van je taken: sommige voertuigen geven automatisch een melding wanneer een onderhoud binnenkort nodig is. Je ontvangt bijvoorbeeld een melding dat een wagen binnen 300 kilometer op onderhoud moet komen. Jij neemt vervolgens proactief contact op met de klant om tijdig een afspraak in te plannen.

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat geen enkele klant of onderhoudsbeurt uit het oog wordt verloren.
