In het kort: Je gaat roosters van AIOS en ANIOS analyseren, roosteraars ondersteunen, knelpunten signaleren en verbeteringen adviseren voor een structurele, kwalitatieve en wetconforme planning binnen een ziekenhuisorganisatie. Tijdelijk Planner AIOS & ANIOS Locatie: Nieuwegein Uren per week: 32–36 uur Duur: 3 maanden Periode: oktober (of zo snel mogelijk starten) t/m december 2026 Inzet: tijdelijk De opdracht Voor een ziekenhuisorganisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren planner die tijdelijk ondersteuning biedt bij het optimaliseren van de roostering van AIOS en ANIOS. Binnen de organisatie zijn circa 180 AIOS en 185 ANIOS werkzaam, verdeeld over verschillende roostergroepen, vakgroepen en maatschappen. De huidige roostering is decentraal georganiseerd en kent verschillende werkwijzen en systemen. Jij brengt de huidige situatie in kaart, ondersteunt de bestaande roosteraars bij complexe vraagstukken en brengt advies uit over mogelijke verbeteringen en een structurele inrichting van de planning. Wat ga je doen? Je maakt een ronde langs de verschillende roosteraars en roostergroepen en krijgt daarbij een goed beeld van de huidige manier van werken. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het adviseren en ondersteunen van huidige roosteraars bij vraagstukken, zoals complexe verlofplanning - Het monitoren van de verschillende roostergroepen - Het signaleren en in kaart brengen van CAO- en Arbeidstijdenwet (ATW)-schendingen en ondersteunen bij het oplossen hiervan - Het inventariseren hoe de roosters momenteel worden opgesteld - In kaart brengen wie verantwoordelijk is voor de planning en welke applicaties hiervoor worden gebruikt - Het identificeren van knelpunten en verbeterpunten in het huidige roosterproces - Het adviseren over een structurele inrichting van de roosterfunctie - Het adviseren over het gebruik van Excel, MedSpace en/of OWS - Het meedenken over de inrichting van monitoring als onderdeel van de kwaliteitscyclus van de opleidingsgroep - Het adviseren.
