Vivaldis Technics Bedienden is op zoek naar een Planner voor onze klant in Bree.

Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in HVAC-oplossingen, installaties en onderhoud. Neem gerust de vacature even door! Indien je nog vragen hebt, kan je ons telefonisch bereiken op 011 15 37 29.

Jouw takenpakket als Planner bestaat uit:

  • Beheren en structureren van de dagelijkse agenda's van het technische team.
  • Inplannen van onderhoudswerkzaamheden, nieuwe installaties en dringende interventies.
  • Telefonisch afstemmen en vastleggen van afspraken met klanten.
  • Aanspreekpunt en de centrale spil vormen tussen de commerciële adviseurs en de techniekers op de baan.
  • Zorgen dat technische briefings en klantinformatie correct worden overgedragen.
  • Optimale routes en schema's opstellen rekening houdend met locaties, beschikbaarheid en benodigde werktijd per klus.
  • Wijzigingen of onvoorziene omstandigheden snel opvangen en direct communiceren met betrokkenen.
  • Controleren of alle gegevens in het planningssysteem volledig en up-to-date zijn.

Profiel

Als Planner herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Organisatorisch sterk, punctueel en gericht op het nakomen van afspraken.
  • Pragmatisch en stressbestendig bij onverwachte wijzigingen in de planning.
  • Communicatief vaardig, klantgericht en vlot aan de telefoon.
  • Goede computervaardigheden en snel mee met digitale pakketten. Ervaring met routeplanning is een must.
  • Affinity met of technische kennis van HVAC-installaties is een grote plus.
  • Leergierig ingesteld om je de technische details van de producten eigen te maken.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor of hebt reeds enkele jaren concrete ervaring in het plannen, bij voorkeur in een technische bouwomgeving.
