Als Planner in de sector netbeheer werk je met een modern planningssysteem en speel je een sleutelrol in de afstemming tussen collegas, uitvoering, werkvoorbereiding en onderaannemers. Jij houdt grip op wijzigingen, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat planning en praktijk elkaar versterken. - Je stelt integrale projectplanningen op voor grote projecten. - Je stemt planning af met opdrachtgever, uitvoerders en werkvoorbereiders. - Je bewaakt kritieke paden, risico's en afhankelijkheden in de planning. - Je coördineert planningsinput van onderaannemers en operationele teams. - Je signaleert uitzonderingen tijdig en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties. In de eerste maanden vraagt deze rol om scherpe afstemming en een resultaatgerichte aanpak. Jij schakelt snel, houdt overzicht onder druk en brengt structuur in een omgeving die volop in ontwikkeling is. Functie-eisen Voor deze functie neem je 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring mee binnen planning, inkoop of projectcoördinatie, bij voorkeur in de bouw of infra. Je voelt je thuis in een rol waarin je overzicht combineert met besluitvaardigheid en waarin je samenwerkt met verschillende disciplines. Ervaring met Power BI is een mooie plus en helpt je om data slimmer te benutten. - Hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting planning, techniek of bedrijfskunde. - Ervaring met operationele of integrale planning in een projectomgeving. - Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt ook in piekmomenten de lijn vast. - Je communiceert helder en schakelt makkelijk met verschillende betrokkenen. - Je kunt goed organiseren, prioriteren en verbeteringen concreet make...
