Planner C Klant MSP Unit Inhuurdesk Alliander Aanvraagnummer SRQ149715 Deel deze aanvraag: Belangrijk: voor deze rol zoeken wij een planner die gaat werken in Gelderland Functie: Planner C Duur: tijdelijke rol van 3 maanden (met eventuele kans op verlenging, afhankelijk van de grootte van het project) Locatie: Gelderland - standplaats Duiven Uren: 36 uur per week Vorm: Detacheren of ZZP (resultaatverplichtingen volgen later) Tarief: € 77,50 inclusief MSP fee Start: zo snel mogelijk - kandidaten met een opzegtermijn van één maand worden afgewezen Screening: basis Met de invoering van IFS PSO verandert de manier waarop werkzaamheden worden voorbereid, gepland en uitgevoerd. Het nieuwe planningssysteem werkt met dynamische planvoorstellen op basis van voorbereid werk. Hierdoor verandert de samenwerking tussen planners, uitvoerders, werkvoorbereiders en monteurs. De belangrijkste veranderingen zijn: - planners gaan werken met een nieuw planningssysteem en krijgen een grotere rol in het beheren van uitzonderingen en wijzigingen; - uitvoerders en werkvoorbereiders moeten meer en flexibeler werk voorbereiden; - de uitvoerder stuurt niet langer een vast ploegje monteurs aan; - plannen op naam verdwijnt en wordt expliciet belegd bij de operationele planning; - de uitvoerder van de dag binnen Elektra krijgt een gewijzigde rol; - monteurs moeten consequent gebruik gaan maken van de knoppen in de monteursapp. Deze veranderingen vragen in de eerste maanden extra afstemming, ondersteuning en begeleiding binnen de operatie. Voorgestelde oplossing Inzet van tijdelijke implementatieondersteuners met een plannersprofiel. Deze implementatieondersteuners: - ondersteunen planners bij planningswijzigingen en uitzonderingen; - ondersteunen de afstemming tussen planners en uitvoerders; - registreren afwijkingen en ontbrekende beslisregels; - ondersteunen monteurs bij het correct gebruik van de monteursapp; - verzamelen knel...
