Bijdragen aan het leefplezier van de bewoner vergroot ook het werkplezier van onze medewerkers! Wat ga je doen? Met jouw creativiteit en doorzettingsvermogen zorg je, samen met je collega's van het plan en flexbureau, voor gezonde roosters voor de zorgteams. Je lost in samenspraak met het team verstoringen op en kijkt vooruit, zodat je tijdig kunt anticiperen. Je signaleert daarnaast knelpunten rondom het rooster en deelt jouw kijk en advies met de betrokkenen. Naast de planning, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van mutaties en verstoringen. Een rooster dat up-to-date is, is heel belangrijk voor zowel medewerkers als bewoners. Daarnaast ben je ervaren planner weet je dat het soms een complex gebeuren is waar veel kennis, expertise en flexibiliteit voor nodig is, maar dat vind jij juist het leuke aan dit vak! Het is een dynamische werkplek, waar veel gepuzzeld, gebeld en gemaild wordt.
