The posting

Vous n'avez pas de portefeuille clients ni d'objectif de vente. Votre réussite se mesure à l'efficacité avec laquelle nos équipes, nos moyens et nos projets sont organisés.

  • Répartir les commandes signées entre nos chefs de projet, selon leur capacité, leur expertise et leur charge de travail
  • Soutenir les chefs de projet dans le planning de pose et de livraison, avec une concertation hebdomadaire (et quotidienne si nécessaire)
  • Coordonner le planning avec la fabrication alu dans notre atelier et avec les livraisons bois et PVC de nos fournisseurs
  • Rassembler et vérifier les informations nécessaires avant chaque chantier
  • Signaler à temps les conflits de planning, les manques de capacité et les retards, avant qu'ils ne deviennent des problèmes
  • Informer à temps clients, poseurs et collègues des dates et des changements
  • Encoder et suivre toutes les informations dans notre CRM et notre ERP
  • Vérifier que les factures des sous-traitants correspondent aux travaux réalisés
  • Réaliser la post-calculation par projet : comparer chiffre d'affaires, coûts et marge réels avec le calcul initial, et signaler les écarts
  • Préparer des rapports réguliers pour le management (état du planning, occupation des équipes, délais)
  • Contribuer à améliorer et à digitaliser nos processus de planning et de reporting

Vous rapportez directement à la General Manager de TECNOFLEX

  • Francophone, avec une très bonne communication écrite et orale ; la connaissance du néerlandais est un atout important
  • Expérience en planification, coordination ou logistique, idéalement dans la construction ou la menuiserie
  • Bonne compréhension technique du bâtiment
  • Très organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), vous gardez une vue d'ensemble sur plusieurs projets en même temps
  • À l'aise avec les chiffres : coûts, chiffre d'affaires, marge
  • Digne de confiance et discret(ète) dans le traitement des informations sensibles
  • Orienté(e) service : vous aimez faciliter le travail de vos collègues plutôt que d'être sur le devant de la scène
  • Proactif(ve), vous gardez votre calme quand les priorités changent
  • À l'aise avec l'informatique (Excel, CRM, ERP) et prêt(e) à apprendre nos outils
  • Flexible sur vos horaires : présent(e) chaque jour, avec un horaire adapté au rythme de nos chantiers et de nos chefs de projet (à convenir ensemble)
  • Un rôle central, avec un impact direct sur le fonctionnement et la rentabilité de l'entreprise
  • Pas d'objectif de vente : vous êtes évalué(e) sur la qualité de votre planning, de votre suivi et de votre soutien
  • Des contacts directs avec le management et la possibilité de construire la fonction avec nous
