Onze klant maakt op maat gemaakte poorten, spijlen en hekwerken, en biedt beveiligingsoplossingen die perfect aansluiten bij de behoeften van de klant. Met meer dan 150 medewerkers zorgen ze voor ontzorging via onderhoudscontracten en maatwerkontwerpen, uitgevoerd door hun eigen engineers in een eigen atelier.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij sterk in plannen, snel schakelen en het bewaren van overzicht in een dynamische werkomgeving? Krijg jij energie van het dagelijks afstemmen van planning en praktijk en vind je het leuk om daarin echt het verschil te maken?

Als service planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks plannen, bijsturen en optimaliseren van de servicewerkzaamheden. Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, servicemonteurs, onderaannemers en de interne organisatie.

Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten om serviceafspraken in te plannen en verwachtingen duidelijk af te stemmen. Tegelijkertijd schakel je voortdurend met servicemonteurs en onderaannemers over beschikbaarheid, voortgang en eventuele wijzigingen. Bij spoed, storingen of onverwachte situaties houd jij het hoofd koel, neem je initiatief en zorg je ervoor dat de planning zo goed mogelijk blijft aansluiten op de praktijk.

In deze zelfstandige rol krijg je volop ruimte om zelf prioriteiten te stellen, beslissingen te nemen en de serviceplanning continu te verbeteren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als service planner:

  • Opstellen en bewaken van de dagelijkse en kortetermijnplanning (35%)
  • Afstemmen met servicemonteurs en onderaannemers (25%)
  • Bijsturen bij storingen, spoed en wijzigingen (15%)
  • Administratief verwerken van planning en afspraken (15%)
  • Telefonisch contact opnemen met klanten over serviceafspraken (10%)

De gezochte planner:

  • Heeft reeds ervaring als service of werkplanner
  • Heeft een bachelor werk- en/of denkniveau
  • Beschikt over een uitstekende kennis Nederlands en een goede kennis Frans
  • Heeft een technische achtergrond en/of affiniteit
  • Denkt in oplossingen, kan snel schakelen en is flexibel en stressbestendig
  • Heeft een helikopterview en legt linken tussen verschillende werkzaamheden
  • Is een duidelijke communicator en werkt probleemoplossend
  • Is woonachtig in regio Mechelen
