Wat ga je doen?

Als Planner / Commercieel Bediende ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse planning van onze ramenwassers en onderaannemers. Je zorgt voor een logische en efficiënte planning en schakelt snel bij ziekte, wijzigingen of dringende opdrachten.

Daarnaast ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je voor een professionele en commerciële opvolging.

Jouw taken:

  • Dagelijkse planning opmaken, opvolgen en bijsturen
  • Ramenwassers en onderaannemers efficiënt inplannen
  • Snel schakelen bij wijzigingen, ziekte of dringende opdrachten
  • Afstemmen met klanten, collega’s en onderaannemers
  • Vragen en klachten opvolgen
  • Mailbox en aanvragen beheren
  • Offertes opmaken en opvolgen
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bij facturatie
  • Oplossingen zoeken wanneer een planning anders loopt dan voorzien

Je werkt nauw samen met de Teamlead en collega’s en zorgt mee voor een vlotte werking van de dienst ramenwas en tevreden klanten.

  • Je hebt ervaring met operationele planning, bij voorkeur met het plannen van techniekers, arbeiders, serviceploegen of andere medewerkers op de baan
  • Je kan snel schakelen wanneer iemand uitvalt, een planning verandert of een klant een dringende vraag heeft
  • Je behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer verschillende zaken tegelijk veranderen
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en communiceert vlot en professioneel met klanten
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en zoekt naar wat wel mogelijk is
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig
  • Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving waar de planning regelmatig kan wijzigen
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft 365 en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan
  • Ervaring met een ERP- of planningssysteem is een plus
