FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING Bedrijf

Voor een familiaal en sterk groeiend transportbedrijf in Temse zijn we op zoek naar een Container Transport Planner.

Het bedrijf is actief binnen containertransport via de haven van Antwerpen en staat bekend om zijn dynamische werking, stabiele groei en directe aanpak.

Jouw job

Als planner ben je een sleutelfiguur in de dagelijkse werking.

  • Je staat in voor het plannen en opvolgen van containertransporten
  • Je stuurt samen met een collega ongeveer 45 chauffeurs aan
  • Je volgt transporten continu op en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je lost problemen op en anticipeert op wijzigingen
  • Je communiceert dagelijks met chauffeurs en interne stakeholders

Je combineert planning en dispatch in een zeer operationele rol.

  • Continue opvolging en optimalisatie van de planning

Dit is geen administratieve functie, maar een hands-on plannersrol met verantwoordelijkheid.

Werkuren

  • Opstart in daguren (opleiding voorzien)
  • Nadien werken in 2 ploegen:7u – 15u 11u – 19u

Belangrijk: flexibiliteit in werkuren is belangrijk naargelang de planning

PROFIEL ProfielMust-haves

  • Ervaring als transportplanner of dispatcher
  • Sterk organisatorisch vermogen
  • Zeer stressbestendig en flexibel
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Operationeel ingesteld

Grote pluspunten

  • Ervaring in containertransport
  • Kennis van de haven van Antwerpen
  • Ervaring met planningssoftware (bij voorkeur CARGO)

Talen

  • Nederlands: zeer goed
  • Engels: goed
  • Frans: basis is voldoende
